We are looking for a detail\-oriented and experienced Senior Accounts Executive to manage accounting operations, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and reconciliations. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge and hands\-on experience in Tally Prime/Tally ERP, preferably from the IT/Software Services industry.
\* Manage day\-to\-day accounting transactions in Tally Prime/Tally ERP.
\* Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and reconciliations.
\* Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
\* Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
\* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
\* Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Professional Tax, and other statutory requirements.
\* Coordinate with auditors for statutory and tax audits.
\* Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis for management.
\* Monitor vendor payments and customer collections.
\* Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
\* Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.
\* Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles and Financial Reporting.
\* Hands\-on experience in Tally Prime/Tally ERP.
\* Knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
\* Experience in Bank Reconciliation and General Ledger Management.
\* Advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Reports).
\* Good analytical, communication, and problem\-solving skills.
\* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
\* B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter / CMA Inter
