- *Job Description**
We are seeking a detail\-oriented and responsible **Accounts Executive** to manage day\-to\-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and payment processing. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, hands\-on experience with Tally ERP, and the ability to work efficiently while ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Manage day\-to\-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
- Perform monthly book closing activities and prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports.
- Prepare and file GST and TDS returns in compliance with statutory regulations.
- Process statutory payments and online tax remittances within the prescribed timelines.
- Generate and manage monthly client invoices.
- Process vendor and other online payments through net banking platforms.
- Monitor and manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and other financial records.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal stakeholders whenever required.
- Maintain proper documentation and accounting records for audit and compliance purposes.
- Perform any other finance and accounting\-related tasks assigned by the management.
- *Preferred Qualification \& Experience**
- **CA Inter** with **2–3 years** of relevant experience, **or**
- **M.Com** with **3–5 years** of relevant experience, **or**
- **B.Com** with **5–7 years** of relevant experience in a reputed organization.
- *Required Skills**
- Hands\-on experience with **Tally ERP**.
- Proficiency in **MS Office**, particularly **Microsoft Excel** and **Word**.
- Strong understanding of GST, TDS, taxation, and statutory compliance.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical and problem\-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
