Job Description
- Handle end\-to\-end accounting operations and bookkeeping.
- Manage all GST\-related activities including GST returns filing, reconciliation, and compliance.
- Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Conduct ledger scrutiny, bank reconciliation, and account reconciliation.
- Manage TDS calculations, returns filing, and statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with auditors for statutory audit, tax audit, and internal audits.
Prepare MIS reports and financial reports for management.
Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow management.Ensure compliance with accounting standards and taxation regulations.Support during assessments, notices, and departmental queries.- *Important Skills Required:**
- Strong knowledge of GST (returns, reconciliation, compliance, notices handling).
- Expertise in accounts finalization and financial statement preparation.
- Knowledge of TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, ERP, or SAP.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas).
- Good understanding of auditing and taxation.
- Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and team handling skills.
- 5\-8 years experience in accounting, GST, and finalization work preferred.
- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA Inter preferred.
