• *About the Role**

Join **Acyuta Technologies Private Limited** to build production\-grade AI applications that automate HR, finance, procurement, and workforce operations. As a hands\-on Python developer, you'll design, build, and deploy AI\-native solutions using RAG, agent orchestration, FastAPI, CI/CD, and enterprise integrations. You'll leverage AI as a development partner while ensuring high\-quality, production\-ready code across multiple AI projects.

• *What You Will Build**

• Production\-grade RAG pipelines for enterprise knowledge across multilingual content.
• Multi\-agent AI workflows using LangGraph for task orchestration and automation.
• Secure AI agents with human\-in\-the\-loop approvals for enterprise system actions.
• FastAPI\-based conversational backends with persistent user memory.
• Automated evaluation frameworks (RAGAS, LLM\-as\-Judge) integrated into CI/CD.
• End\-to\-end observability for AI applications, including usage, latency, cost, and performance monitoring.

• *Core Responsibilities**

• Design scalable AI solutions by defining clear technical specifications and AI development workflows.
• Build and optimize end\-to\-end RAG pipelines, including retrieval, embeddings, vector search, and evaluation.
• Develop LangGraph\-based multi\-agent workflows with robust orchestration, routing, and human\-in\-the\-loop controls.
• Implement secure, auditable approval mechanisms for write\-capable AI agents.
• Integrate automated evaluation frameworks into CI/CD to ensure production readiness.
• Review and validate AI\-generated code for quality, security, performance, and architectural compliance.
• Ensure production reliability through robust observability, prompt caching, request batching, streaming responses, and resilient LLM API rate\-limit handling.

• *Must Have Technical Skills**

• **5\+ years** of software engineering experience, **including 2\+ years** building production\-grade GenAI and agentic AI applications.
• Strong proficiency in Python and FastAPI for scalable backend development.
• Hands\-on experience with LangGraph for multi\-agent orchestration and workflow design.
• Expertise in production RAG systems, including embeddings, vector search, hybrid retrieval, reranking, and evaluation.
• Experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, or equivalent managed vector databases.
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL for conversation state management and concurrent workloads.
• Experience with testing, CI/CD, automated evaluation, and prompt regression testing.
• Proficiency with AI\-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Aider, Windsurf, or GitHub Copilot**.**

• *Preferred Qualifications**

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent production experience.
• Prior work in regulated environments (healthcare, aviation, finance, government) with PII / PHI / PDPL constraints
• Public GitHub or portfolio with **agentic / spec\-driven projects**.
• Familiarity with **enterprise identity providers** (Azure AD, OKTA) and secure token handling in agentic contexts.

Pay: ₹100,000\.00 \- ₹250,000\.00 per month
