We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Engineer with strong expertise in the Microsoft AI ecosystem to design, develop, and deploy enterprise\-grade AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience building intelligent AI agents, integrating Microsoft collaboration platforms, and developing scalable AI\-powered applications. The candidate should be capable of independently delivering AI solutions with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy AI\-powered enterprise applications using Microsoft technologies.

Build end\-to\-end AI Agents leveraging Azure AI Services and Microsoft AI capabilities.

Integrate AI solutions with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 services.

Develop intelligent enterprise search and knowledge retrieval solutions.

Design scalable data ingestion and AI data pipelines.

Implement Retrieval\-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.

Develop REST APIs and enterprise integrations.

Optimize AI models, prompts, workflows, performance, scalability, and security.

Follow Microsoft best practices for security, governance, and Responsible AI.
