About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled **Senior AI\-Focused Data Engineer** to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Data Engineering, AI/ML implementation, and Cloud Technologies, with a proven track record of building scalable data platforms and deploying AI\-driven solutions in production environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ingestion frameworks.
• Build and optimize ETL/ELT processes for large\-scale data processing.
• Develop AI\-powered solutions including intelligent automation, document processing, and chatbot applications.
• Deploy, integrate, and monitor AI/ML models in production environments.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and engineering teams to deliver AI\-driven solutions.
• Work with APIs, databases, cloud platforms, and modern data architectures.
• Support data transformation, analytics, and reporting workflows.
• Ensure platform reliability, performance, security, scalability, and operational excellence.
• Implement monitoring, governance, and lifecycle management practices for AI/ML solutions.

Required Skills \& ExperienceData Engineering

• Strong hands\-on experience in **Python, SQL, PySpark, and Apache Spark**.
• Extensive experience building and maintaining **ETL/ELT pipelines**.
• Expertise in large\-scale data processing and distributed computing frameworks.
• Experience with Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, and modern data architectures.

AI/ML \& MLOps

• Hands\-on experience implementing and supporting AI/ML solutions in production.
• Experience integrating AI/ML models, APIs, and enterprise applications.
• Understanding of MLOps practices including model deployment, monitoring, versioning, and lifecycle management.
• Experience working with Generative AI and LLM\-based solutions is highly desirable.

Cloud Platforms

• Strong experience with **Microsoft Azure** (preferred) or **AWS**.
• Experience with cloud\-native data services and scalable architectures.
• Familiarity with security, governance, and performance optimization on cloud platforms.

Soft Skills

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem\-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross\-functional teams.

Good to Have

• Azure AI Services / Azure OpenAI Services
• Kafka and real\-time streaming data pipelines
• CI/CD implementation for Data and AI platforms
• Experience with AI/ML Ops and automation frameworks
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
