About the Role

You've been writing software for 10 years or more. You've shipped products, scaled them, and dealt with what happens after launch: production fires, support tickets, and operations.

Then AI arrived, and you did more than add a plugin to your editor. You changed how you build. You now ship in a week what used to take a quarter, and you know exactly where AI helps and where it's an expensive mistake.

We're building a tech studio that makes products for our own ventures and for clients. You'll be one of the first engineers: the person who actually builds things, reads the code properly, and turns our architecture into production systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and ship full\-stack products for our ventures and clients, end to end, from data model to UI to deployment.
• Design AI\-native systems such as agents, retrieval and LLM pipelines, and write plain, boring code wherever that's the better answer.
• Go into a client's business, learn how it really runs, and automate the parts that matter. Think forward\-deployed engineer, even if you've never used that title.
• Review code, whether a person or AI wrote it, set the engineering bar, and mentor an early\-career engineer.
• Keep costs in check, because tokens, compute and hosting are real money.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 10\+ years of experience as a full\-stack or product engineer, with products you can point to that are live (or were).
• AI coding agents and LLM APIs are part of your daily work, and you can show us your setup.
• You've built something on your own: a side project, a micro\-SaaS, or a startup that didn't make it all count.
• You're comfortable talking to customers and non\-technical founders.
• You'd rather own an outcome than close a ticket.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience building MCP servers or agent workflows, or working with local or open\-weight models.
• Experience working on data\-heavy or operations\-heavy businesses such as marketplaces, logistics, finance, or large catalogues.

This Role May Not Be Suitable If

• You need a detailed specification before you can start.
• Your AI experience is mostly certifications or a weekend course.
• You'd use an LLM for everything, including jobs a simple scheduled script could handle.
