Senior AI Technology Delivery Lead

We at Innovecture are hiring for a "**Senior AI Technology Delivery Lead"** to expand our team, this is a Remote position. You will work across various Innovecture and client teams and apply your technical expertise to some of the most complex and challenging technology problems.

Role Overview

Lead enterprise AI programs from discovery and planning through implementation, deployment, and ongoing improvement. This person will bring strong AI experience and the seniority, communication skills, and delivery leadership needed to guide client teams and deliver measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI initiatives end to end, from identifying use cases and defining the delivery approach through implementation and rollout.

• Work with business and technology stakeholders to translate priorities into a practical roadmap, scope, team structure, and delivery plan.

• Guide the design and implementation of AI solutions, including generative AI and related enterprise applications.

• Lead cross\-functional teams across AI, data, software engineering, and operations.

• Establish delivery practices that address quality, security, responsible AI, governance, and integration with enterprise systems.

• Track progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes, and communicate them clearly to client and leadership stakeholders.

• Identify opportunities to expand AI adoption and help develop follow\-on programs.

Experience and qualifications

• Significant experience delivering AI and technology programs in enterprise environments.

• Demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives from discovery through implementation and adoption.

• Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and generative AI, with experience guiding teams building production solutions.

• Experience working across data, application, and infrastructure teams and integrating solutions into existing environments.

• Strong client\-facing communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.

• Ability to provide strategic direction while staying close to delivery and helping teams resolve issues.
