Job Description
### **Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare, review, and validate monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc CLO trustee reports.
- Perform cash flow waterfall calculations, payment allocations, and distribution reporting.
- Reconcile collateral portfolios, cash balances, interest receipts, principal payments, and fees.
- Validate trustee reports against indenture provisions and deal documentation.
- Monitor compliance tests, coverage tests, concentration limits, and collateral quality metrics.
- Coordinate with trustees, collateral managers, administrators, custodians, and rating agencies to resolve reporting discrepancies.
- Review loan trading activity, settlements, principal and interest postings, and corporate actions.
- Support payment date activities, noteholder distributions, and investor reporting.
- Perform data quality checks and investigate reporting exceptions.
- Assist in new CLO issuance, refinancing, reset, and deal amendment activities.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory, audit, and internal control requirements.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives, automation, and reporting enhancements.
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and explanations.
- Mentor junior team members and review their deliverables where applicable.
### **Required Skills \& Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 5–10 years of experience in CLO trustee reporting, structured finance operations, loan operations, or capital markets.
- Strong understanding of CLO structures, trustee reporting cycles, and transaction documentation.
- Knowledge of cash flow waterfalls, payment priorities, overcollateralization (OC) tests, interest coverage (IC) tests, and collateral compliance.
- Experience with syndicated loans and structured credit products.
- Strong reconciliation and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, formulas, lookups, and data analysis.
- Experience working with large datasets and financial reporting tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast\-paced environment.
### **Preferred Skills**
- Experience with trustee reporting platforms and loan administration systems.
- Familiarity with Bloomberg, ClearPar, WSO, Solvas, Allvue, or similar structured finance platforms.
- Working knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting and visualization tools.
- Understanding of accounting principles related to structured finance transactions.
- Experience supporting global clients and cross\-functional teams.
