Coordinate all contracted and non\-contracted pricing for Medline customers regarding branded products.
Communicate with various parties on all aspects concerning the pricing situations. Manage price change expectations related to contracts and non\-contracted pricing.
Cultivate the day\-to\-day relationship with the customer. Act as a liaison between vendors and sales reps (DSMs, PVAs, etc) to communicate and correct pricing misalignments, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Oversee day\-to\-day operations as liaison between Pricing Analyst team and management
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage escalations and coach team members on building effective relationships and managing expected outcomes.
Serve as primary trainer for new employees (internal and external). Assist Manager with team process improvement initiatives. Maintain department Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Assist Manager with reports, set the team up to receive weekly log reports and other various tasks.
Manage assigned customer pricing contracts; working with industry vendors. Create all necessary contracts, added items and make any appropriate changes, such as pricing and end dates under general and direct guidance.
Handle in\-service (training) calls regarding the distributed pricing reports and processes.
Resolve price misalignments as seen by the customer. Communicate contract and non\-contracted pricing with Medline sales reps, customers and vendors.
Research and resolve pricing questions submitted by customers, DSMs and representatives. Review contract compliance and alert others on contractual issues or inconsistencies.
Create and maintain non\-contracted pricing for prime vendor accounts.
Clear customer order blocks caused by pricing issues.
Establish and maintain relationships with Medline sales reps, designated service managers, customers and vendors.
