Job Description
- *Key Responsibilities**
- **Sourcing:** Headhunt US tech talent (Software Engineers, Cloud, DevOps, Data, etc.) via LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, and Boolean techniques across tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099\) and visas (USC, GC, H1B).
- **Screening:** Evaluate technical competence, English proficiency, salary expectations, and work authorization fit.
- **Process Management:** Partner with Account Managers to calibrate requirements, manage interview schedules, negotiate rates, and manage onboarding.
- **Reporting:** Maintain ATS records and track metrics like submittal\-to\-interview ratios and time\-to\-fill.
- *Qualifications**
- 3\+ years of US IT recruitment experience.
- Solid grasp of core IT skill sets, US visa types, tax terms, and US geography/time zones.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms, major job boards, and MS Excel.
