### **About the Role**

We are looking for a hands\-on FP\&A professional who enjoys building both the numbers and the process behind them. You will own key parts of our planning cycle, partner closely with business leaders on cost and strategy, and help shape how finance operates as we scale. This is a builder role: some processes exist, many need to be set up, and you will roll up your sleeves to make them work.

### **What You Will Do**

• *Planning and Forecasting**

• Drive the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process end to end: build the model, coordinate inputs across functions and consolidate the final plan.
• Own the monthly rolling forecast, tracking actuals against plan and forecast and explaining variances clearly.
• Build and maintain driver\-based models for revenue, gross margin and operating costs.

• *Business Partnering**

• Partner with business and functional heads to understand cost drivers and support decision\-making.
• Design and run cost allocation methodologies (COGS, shared costs, overheads) to produce accurate product, customer and segment profitability.
• Support strategic initiatives with financial analysis: pricing, unit economics, investment cases and scenario planning.
• Prepare clear, insight\-led reporting for leadership and the Board.

• *Process Building**

• Set up and document FP\&A processes, templates and controls where none exist today.
• Improve data flows between ERP, billing and reporting systems to make planning faster and more reliable.
• Identify gaps and fix them yourself rather than waiting for someone else to.

### **What We Are Looking For**

• 3 to 4 years of experience in FP\&A, business finance or a related role (CA / MBA Finance preferred).
• Hands\-on experience with AOP and rolling forecasts.
• Exposure to cost allocation and profitability analysis.
• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills; experience with ERP systems (Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar) and BI tools is a plus.
• A track record of setting up or significantly improving a finance process.
• Uncompromising integrity: you handle sensitive information with discretion and call out what the numbers really say.
• A genuine team player who works well across functions and shares credit freely.
• Willingness to work from our Bengaluru office.
