General Accounting – Senior Analyst

• *What this job involves:**

Perform Budgets, Formal Variance Reviews, \& Reconciliation for service charge accounting

Ensure completion of assigned tasks in an accurate and timely manner to instructions and procedures

Perform accounts reconciliations and resolving the Open items

Proactively flag work items at risk of missing KPIs to a supervisor whenever necessary

Ensure compliance with the Firm's financial, operating policies/procedures, and Statutory compliances while performing assigned tasks

Day\-to\-day monitoring and maintenance of general mailbox

Follow process documentation while performing day\-to\-day activities

Create and update the SOPs for the assigned tasks and responsibilities

Tracking and monitoring the aged items and taking effective steps for closure

Any other accounting duties necessary to assist with the running of the various portfolios within the team

Perform other duties assigned as and when required i.e. process improvement initiatives, system implementation and ad\-hoc projects

Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy in Service Delivery

Acting as a Fund lead to ensure the timely and accurate delivery

• *To apply you need to be:** Accounting Background (B. Com/M. Com/MBA Finance)

Experience from 2 to 4 years in the process of Finance \& Accounts

Knowledge of property accounts and property VAT.

Knowledge/experience of basic accounting.

Computer skills including the ability to operate computerized accounting, spreadsheet and word\-processing programs, and email at a moderate to advanced efficiency

Good interpersonal skills.

Adequate knowledge of MS\-Excel

Excellent communication skills.

Able to apply analytical and problem\-solving skill
