Senior Analyst – Operational Excellence

We are a technology\-enabled legal services company that helps claimants receive their settlement payments faster, supporting law firms with settlement administration for large mass tort and class action cases.

• *About the role**

You will support the Operational Excellence Manager on process improvement projects. The work involves gathering and analysing data, finding the real reasons behind delays and errors, putting fixes in place, and tracking whether they work. You will report to a Six Sigma Black Belt, so this is a good fit if you want hands\-on project exposure.

• *What you will do**

• Collect and analyse process data to find root causes of variation and inefficiency
• Support Black Belt projects with data collection and experiments
• Use Six Sigma and Lean tools to recommend and implement improvements
• Build clear charts and visuals that show the impact of improvements
• Share regular project updates with managers and stakeholders, backed by data
• Work with team members and department leaders to spot improvement opportunities
• Take training sessions on Lean and Six Sigma on a regular basis
• Help build a culture of continuous improvement

• *What we are looking for**

• Bachelor’s degree (a Master’s is a plus)
• 2 to 3 years of experience in continuous improvement and/or data analysis, preferably in a service industry
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred
• Good working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, and comfort with other MS Office tools
• Knowledge of Lean principles or other quality methods is a plus
• Strong problem\-solving skills and a results\-focused approach
• Clear verbal and written communication
• Comfortable working in a fast\-paced, collaborative setting

Pay: ₹400,000\.00 \- ₹1,100,000\.00 per year
