• *Role Summary**

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with 5\-10 years of experience in **IT Services, Technology Consulting, or Professional Services** environments. The individual will be responsible for managing the **end\-to\-end recruitment lifecycle**, partnering closely with business leaders, hiring managers, and senior stakeholders to attract and hire top talent.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage end\-to\-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding, including offer generation, negotiation, and post\-offer engagement.
• Drive hiring across IT/ Non\-IT, Consulting, with prior experience in recruiting Presales, Bid Management, Strategic Sourcing, PMO, and Transformation functions.
• Partner with Hiring Managers, Business Leaders, senior stakeholders to understand hiring priorities and workforce needs.
• Develop sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and market mapping.
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience and strong offer\-to\-join conversion.
• Track recruitment metrics, pipeline health, and SLA adherence.
• Mentor and support junior recruiters where applicable.

• *Desired Profile**

• 5\-10 years of recruitment experience with strong exposure to IT and consulting hiring.
• Proven experience handling the complete recruitment lifecycle independently.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Experience working closely with senior leadership, hiring managers, and interview panels.
• Prior hiring experience in **Presales, Bid Management, Strategic Sourcing, Consulting, Technology, or Transformation** domains preferred.
• Exposure to ATS tools, market intelligence, and recruitment analytics.

• *Preferred Background:** Candidates from IT Consulting, Technology Services, GCCs, or Professional Services organizations and similar firms
