Senior Architect/ Interior Designer

• **Key Responsibilities\-***

• Key Client Contact
• Complete accountability for Leading, building \& mentoring the team for Project Deliverables
• Quality Check for the Project Deliverables \- Administer and ensure compliance to all quality standards for all processes that are set up by the studio.
• Coordination with the Electro\-mechanical consultants and responsible for the preparation of coordinated layouts.
• Site Visits \& coordination.
• Prime responsibility includes Creative Design Development.
• To understand and implement work methodology and procedures, and develop your Design and documentation acumen.
• Assessment of your strengths and areas of improvements would be crucially done. Lines of internal conduct, mode of working and business would be expected to be lines of a Professional Architect.
• Involvement in projects right from the inception till the execution and handling over the project to the clients.
• To schedule work for the team, ensure and maintain exceptional standards of quality. Expected to train and provide technical training to groom the other technical team members. Also, supervise the junior staff \& train them if they are facing difficulties at any phase during the project.

• **Required Skills \& Qualifications\-***

• Degree in Architecture \& COA Registration Certificate
• Strong leadership, coordination and communication skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD \& Sketchup is essential.
• Effective time management.
• Proficient in reviewing detail, precise and accurate drawing.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Timely submission of drawings and revisions.
• Effective coordination with the team.
• Compliance with Studio working Standards \& processes.
• Ability to minimize drawing errors and rework.
