About Sarvatva

Sarvatva is a multidisciplinary architecture, interiors, and engineering consultancy working across residential, commercial, and institutional projects. Our work covers the complete process from concept design and 3D visualization to technical documentation and site execution.

We are looking for a **Senior Architect** who can independently lead projects from design development through execution, manage client and consultant coordination, and guide junior architects and designers.

Key Responsibilities

• **Lead and independently manage architectural projects** from concept to execution.
• Handle **residential and redevelopment projects**, ensuring design intent, quality and timely delivery.
• Develop and review **SD packages, working drawings, detailed drawings and GFC/execution drawings**.
• Lead **design development, planning, detailing and technical documentation**.
• Coordinate with **clients, structural/MEP consultants, contractors and site teams**.
• Conduct site visits and monitor **execution, workmanship and adherence to approved drawings**.
• Review drawings and resolve **design, technical and site\-related issues**.
• Lead and mentor **junior architects and designers**, allocating tasks and reviewing deliverables.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables and coordination across multiple stakeholders.
• Prepare and present **design proposals, 3D views, renderings and presentations** to clients.
• Participate in client meetings and confidently communicate **design decisions, project requirements and technical solutions**.
• Ensure projects progress smoothly from **concept → design development → documentation → execution**.

• **AutoCAD** – Advanced working knowledge

• **Revit Architecture \& BIM** – Working knowledge
• **PowerPoint** – Professional presentations

We’re Looking For

• **5–8 years of relevant architectural experience**
• Strong experience in **residential and redevelopment projects**
• Proven ability to **independently lead projects**
• Strong knowledge of **architectural detailing, construction and execution**
• Excellent **plan reading, working drawing and GFC drawing** skills
• Good understanding of **interior design, 3D modelling and visualization**
• Strong **client handling and consultant coordination** skills
• Ability to **lead, guide and review junior team members**
• Good understanding of **site execution and construction processes**
• Strong communication, coordination and problem\-solving skills
• Willingness to undertake **regular site visits**
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects within deadlines

Role Expectations

The Senior Architect will be expected to take **ownership of assigned projects**, act as the key coordination point between the client, consultants and internal team, and ensure that the project moves efficiently from **design to successful execution**.

Pay: ₹50,000\.00 \- ₹70,000\.00 per month
