Senior Associate, Application Developer, Wealth Management Technology

• *Responsibilities**

• Design, develop, and maintain high\-quality software applications for the Consumer Banking division
• Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment
• Continuously improve and optimize existing applications to enhance performance, scalability, and user experience
• Stay up\-to\-date with the latest technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices to drive innovation
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members

• *Requirements**

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 6 \-10 years of experience as an Application Developer or Software Engineer
• Proficient in one or more programming languages, such as Java, Python, or C\#
• Strong understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms
• Experience with web application development frameworks, such as Spring, Django, or .NET
• Familiarity with database technologies, such as SQL, NoSQL, or ORM frameworks
• Excellent problem\-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
