Senior Associate | Backend Developer | Hyderabad | Engineering as a Service/ Operate

• *Role Overview**

We are looking for a skilled Back\-End Developer with 3–5 years of experience to build and maintain scalable, high\-performance server\-side applications. The ideal candidate should have strong coding skills, a solid understanding of APIs and databases, and the ability to work closely with cross\-functional teams to deliver reliable backend services.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Design, develop, and maintain server\-side applications and APIs
• Build scalable and secure RESTful / microservices\-based architectures
• Collaborate with front\-end developers, QA, and product teams to deliver features end\-to\-end
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability
• Develop and manage database schemas, queries, and integrations
• Implement authentication, authorization, and data protection mechanisms
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and sprint planning
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
• Leverage and adopt **AI\-assisted development tools and practices** to improve productivity and code quality

* Strong proficiency in at least one backend language

• Experience in building RESTful APIs and web services
