Senior Associate - Customer Operations

### **What are we looking for?**

As a Senior Associate, you'll be responsible for reviewing and processing issuance applications and auditing reports to meet pre\-defined turnaround times (TAT). This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to handle complex and exceptional cases, ensuring they are processed efficiently. You'll be a key part of maintaining compliance standards by implementing Anti\-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) guidelines during the verification of applicants and their documents.

### **What does the job entail?**

• Review and audit issuance applications and reports, adhering strictly to pre\-defined turnaround times (TAT).

• Implement and enforce Anti\-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) guidelines to verify applicants.

• Conduct quality checks on processed applications and their supporting documents.

• Manage exceptional and complex cases, ensuring their timely and accurate resolution.

• Troubleshooting \& Support: Identify and resolve system issues by coordinating with IT support to ensure smooth operations.

• Quality Control: Implement and monitor quality control measures to enhance operational efficiency and data accuracy.

• Client Communication: Communicate with group customers to resolve data submission and processing issues.

• Reporting \& Analysis: Maintain detailed records of all data processing activities and prepare reports on processingperformance, data quality, and issuance metrics for management.
