Senior Associate -Digital Product Management

As the Product Manager, you will have the opportunity to define the platform roadmap and make a direct contribution to the success of our company. You will have a real passion for using scientific methods and technology to build user\-centric solutions to challenging problems, for bold decision\-making and for digital innovation. You will enjoy being challenged in a fun, collaborative, diverse and inclusive team environment.

• 2\- 4 years experience in a Product Management or Analyst role writing stories, acceptance criteria, business flows, and developing test strategies.
• Recent experience prioritizing work for a scrum team and making difficult tradeoffs in an Agile environment.
• Excellent listening and communication skills to effectively communicate complex ideas and information across a broad range of stakeholders
• Collaboration and leadership skills that help this person navigate cross\-functional teams and build relationships, to influence decisions and deliver on shared objectives.
• Great organization skills to balance answering questions and responding to needs of various stakeholders while continuing to drive delivery.
• Experience in Platform metrics like scalability, easy adoption, increase velocity, reduced time to market, availability, performance, etc. is a plus.
• Experience with range of impact (multiple markets/use cases), roadmap \& prioritization, long\-term strategic vision of the platform is a plus.
