About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Associate with hands\-on experience in PMS (Portfolio Management Services) and AIF (Alternative Investment Funds) operations, compliance, and concurrent audit activities. The candidate will be responsible for reviewing operational processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and coordinating with fund administrators and accountants.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and supervise PMS/AIF operational activities.
• Monitor SEBI compliance requirements related to PMS and AIF.
• Verify management fee, distributor fee, and performance fee calculations.
• Perform bank and DP reconciliations.
• Coordinate with fund administrators and fund accountants.
• Support concurrent audit assignments and identify operational gaps.
• Ensure timely reporting and documentation.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of accounting concepts.
• Hands\-on experience in PMS/AIF operations and compliance.
• Good knowledge of SEBI regulations applicable to PMS and AIF.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem\-solving mindset with ownership of work.

Qualification

• B.Com or Semi\-Qualified CA (not currently appearing for examinations).
• Candidates working in CA firms handling PMS/AIF concurrent audits will be preferred.
• Experience with firms providing concurrent audit services to PMS/AIF clients is an added advantage.

Experience

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in PMS/AIF operations, compliance, accounts, or concurrent audit.
