As Principal Automation Engineer, you will design, develop, and support Automation solutions using PEGA, Automation Anywhere and Power Platform in Intelligent Process Automation CoE. You’ll help to maintain robust environment and support business applications developed using PEGA.
Within this role you will rely on your analytical, technical, and professional skills to implement and manage process automation solutions.
- *HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE**
- Collaborate with IPA Engineering and Architecture teams to develop goals and strategies to ensure the IPA delivery runs smoothly and effectively.
- Collaborate with IPA COE \& business stakeholders to ensure the technical delivery team commits to achievable and realistic goals
- Designs and leads the implementation of scalable, secure robotic process automation solutions, bridging the gap between business needs and technical infrastructure
- Play the role of “Pega Sr. Engineer”, responsible for implementing successful Pega projects using their defined coding standards, resulting in reusable, sustainable and easily manageable applications.
- Pega Certified Senior System Architect certification is required.
- Implement Pega standards, processes and best practices to deliver smart business solutions.
- Set up integration patterns to integrate Pega workflows with various other systems in the enterprise.
- Work closely with Lead system architects in design and development of smart workflows with rapid pace.
- Stay current with industry trends, conduct assessments, and provide recommendations for innovative technology solutions
- Helping with Design and Discussions.
- Able to communicate effectively, build relationships, and influence outcomes in a cross\-functional, matrixed organization.
- A proactive driver of continuous improvement opportunities across business processes and system solutions

- Customer service focused.

- A Senior System engineer with passion to build solutions to simplify and automate the business processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering and/or applied relevant experience in technology, or related fields.
- 6\+ years of experience in implementing Enterprise Projects related to information technology.
- Must have 5\+ years of experience in PEGA.
- Hands experience in Pega low code app building processes
- Certified as Pega Senior System Architect. Certification on PEGA Infinity platform is preferred.
- Good to have exposure to Automation Anywhere and Microsoft Power Platform.
- Java programing language experience is preferred.
- Design thinking using Pega workflow features.
- Ability to convert business requirements into technical designs to implement smart business solutions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills are desired for this role.
- Pega infinity experience is preferred.
- Experience with SOA and integrations using REST and SOAP services.
