Webnyay is looking for a senior person who can own new business revenue in the BFSI segment (banks, NBFCs, MFIs, digital lenders, fintechs) by running the complete sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure. This is a closing role with end\-to\-end ownership which includes lead generation, but the goal is to win and close deals.
This is not a product marketing or strategy role. It is also not an SDR\-only role. You will be responsible for prospecting, running the sales cycle and closing deals.
The position can evolve into a Head of Sales position as Webnyay grows.

- Arbitration: Act as an Arbitral Institution and provide state\-of\-the\-art technology for conducting arbitration online efficiently, both in high\-volume and low\-value disputes as well as high\-value and big document\-heavy disputes.
- Mediation and Conciliation: Act as a Mediation Institution and provide state\-of\-the\-art technology for conducting mediations and conciliations online efficiently, both in high\-volume and low\-value disputes as well as high\-value and big and complex disputes.
- Legal Notices: Automate the preparation and dispatch of Legal Notices for Banks, NBFCs and Fintechs.
- Grievance Redressal: Provide a plug\-and\-play and RBI Compliance grievance redressal system for Banks, NBFCs and Fintechs.
- Build target account lists across banks, NBFCs, MFIs, digital lenders and fintech companies.
- Own a revenue/quota target and deliver closed\-won outcomes in BFSI accounts.
- Generate leads via outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, events, and partner leads (if any).
- Run discovery calls to uncover pain points, current workflows, stakeholders, budget/process, and timelines.
- Deliver tailored demos/solution walkthroughs aligned to banking/NBFC use cases.
- Create proposals, case studies, commercials, and ROI/value justification and manage RFP/RFI responses when required.
- Manage deal cycles end\-to\-end: objections, negotiation, procurement workflow, legal/MSA coordination, and closure.
- Maintain accurate CRM updates, pipeline stages, next steps, and weekly forecasting.
- Build and manage outbound sequences using Apollo.
- *Skills \& Requirements**
- 3 to 6 years of B2B enterprise sales experience with at least 2\+ years selling into BFSI (banks/NBFCs/fintech).
- Proven track record of owning and closing deals (not only SDR/lead gen).
- Strong consultative selling skills: discovery, value articulation, objection handling, negotiation, closing.
- Comfort with long, multi\-stakeholder enterprise cycles and formal procurement/legal processes.
- Working knowledge of CRM (any) and disciplined pipeline/forecast hygiene.
- Strong command of outbound tools: Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems.
- Independent ownership mindset.
- Understanding of debt collections, arbitration workflows, grievance redressal or compliance.
- Experience selling SaaS / workflow / compliance platforms to regulated enterprises.
- Work directly with founders on sales and closing deals.
- Build the Sales system end\-to\-end instead of being a cog in a big sales floor.
- Own pipeline outcomes, experiments and revenue influence.
- Build leadership abilities and capability with the role evolving into a Head of Sales position as the startup grows.
