Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced **Senior Backend Developer with 5–7 years** of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, API development, and server\-side architecture. The candidate will take ownership of backend development, ensure application performance, and collaborate with cross\-functional teams to deliver high\-quality software solutions.

Roles \& Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high\-performance backend applications.
• Lead backend development activities and contribute to technical architecture and design decisions.
• Develop and manage RESTful APIs and integrate third\-party services.
• Build efficient server\-side applications using Node.js and Express.js.
• Design, manage, and optimize databases, particularly MongoDB.
• Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and technical issues.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and data security mechanisms.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, UI/UX designers, and project managers.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Manage version control using Git and support deployment processes.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
• Participate in project planning, estimation, and technical discussions.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• 5–7 years of professional experience in Backend Development.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js and JavaScript.
• Hands\-on experience with Express.js or NestJS.
• Strong experience with MongoDB and database management.
• Expertise in RESTful API development and integration.
• Good understanding of Microservices Architecture.
• Knowledge of Data Structures, Algorithms, and OOP concepts.
• Experience with JWT, OAuth, and authentication mechanisms.
• Proficiency in Git, GitHub, or GitLab.
• Understanding of application security and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem\-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of Redis, caching, and message queues.
• Experience with AWS services and cloud deployment.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in system design and application architecture.

Pay: ₹600,000\.00 \- ₹800,000\.00 per year
