• *About the Role**

Codes For Tomorrow is looking for an experienced **Node.js Developer with 4\+ years of experience** who has strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, backend development, and API design. The ideal candidate should be capable of building scalable, secure, and high\-performance backend applications while collaborating with cross\-functional teams.

• *Key Responsibilities**

· Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Node.js.

· Write clean, efficient, reusable, and maintainable code using JavaScript and TypeScript.

· Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third\-party services.

· Work with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.

· Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.

· Implement authentication, authorization, and data validation mechanisms.

· Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues.

· Write unit tests and integration tests to ensure application reliability.

· Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, QA engineers, and other team members.

· Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions.

· Use Git and GitHub for version control and collaborative development.

· Follow coding standards, best practices, and development processes.

• *Required Skills**

· **Experience:** Minimum 4\+ years of professional backend development experience.

· **Node.js:** Strong hands\-on experience with Node.js and backend application development.

· **JavaScript:** Excellent understanding of modern JavaScript (ES6\+).

· **TypeScript:** Strong proficiency in TypeScript and type\-safe application development.

· **Frameworks:** Experience with Express.js or similar Node.js frameworks.

· **APIs:** Strong knowledge of REST API development and integration.

· **Databases:** Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar databases.

· **Version Control:** Proficiency with Git and GitHub.

· **Testing:** Familiarity with unit testing, integration testing, and debugging.

· **Security:** Understanding of authentication, authorization, and secure coding practices.

· **Problem\-Solving:** Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
