Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Developer to join our engineering team. The

ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend

systems and microservices. This role requires strong technical expertise, architectural thinking,

and the ability to build secure, high\-performance applications in a distributed environment.

Key Responsibilities

● Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot.

● Architect and implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms using

JWT, OAuth2, and RBAC.

● Develop and manage event\-driven systems utilizing Apache Kafka.

● Design and optimize database solutions using MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and

Redis.

● Ensure application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.

● Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to understand business requirements and

translate them into technical solutions.

● Participate in system architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical

decision\-making.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

● 5\+ years of experience in backend software development.

● Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture.

● Hands\-on experience with Apache Kafka and event\-driven systems.

● Strong knowledge of relational databases, particularly MySQL and PostgreSQL.

● Experience working with MongoDB and Redis.

● Excellent problem\-solving skills and strong architectural design capabilities.

● Ability to take ownership of projects and drive them to successful completion.

Preferred Skills

● Experience with Spring Batch and scheduler\-based processing.

● Good understanding of distributed systems and scalable architectures.

● Exposure to AWS cloud services and deployment architecture.

● Experience with DevOps practices, including Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure

management, and load balancing.

● Experience designing and implementing integration solutions involving APIs, Queues,

Email systems, and File/FTP transfers

Pay: ₹500,000\.00 \- ₹1,400,000\.00 per year
