Senior Backend Developer

We are hiring for a global digital transformation solutions company, and is part of a team delivering technology solutions for a client project. The successful candidate will work closely with client delivery teams and client stakeholders to design, build, and support enterprise\-grade applications in a complex, fast\-paced environment.

• *Must\-Have Skills**

• 7\+ years of hands\-on software development experience with **Java, Spring Boot, and SQL\-based databases**
• Strong experience building **high\-performance REST APIs**
• Experience with **messaging, queues, and WebSocket\-based communication**
• Must have **experience in Capital market.**
• Experience designing, developing, and maintaining **scalable backend services and APIs**
• Strong knowledge of **server\-side architecture**, performance, security, and maintainability
• Experience working with **relational databases**
• Ability to **translate complex business requirements into technical solutions**
• Experience working across **on\-premises and cloud environments**
• Strong **troubleshooting and production support skills**, including root\-cause analysis
• Experience with **CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment strategies**
• Proven ability to **mentor and guide developers**
• Experience in **code reviews and technical design discussions**
• Excellent **written and verbal communication skills**
• Proven ability to work with **cross\-functional stakeholders**
• Degree or diploma in **Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field**

• *Good\-to\-Have Skills**

• Experience **leading backend development across multiple projects**
• Exposure to **backend architecture evolution and evaluation of new technologies**
• Strong inclination toward **modern DevOps practices** and collaboration
• Ability to **drive technical excellence and code quality standards**

Pay: ₹2,400,000\.00 \- ₹3,400,000\.00 per year
