They seek a Senior Backend Developer and Team Lead with 5 to 6+ years of full-time experience to manage backend architecture and system integrations. Responsibilities include designing scalable backend systems, building secure REST APIs using Node.js, implementing authentication and role-based access controls, and integrating with platforms such as SAP and SuccessFactors. You will collaborate with frontend and database teams, lead sprint planning and task assignments, perform code reviews, and mentor the development team throughout the project lifecycle.
