Senior Backend Engineer

• *Backend Engineer / Lead Java Architect with 5\+years experience**

We are looking for a highly capable backend engineer who will serve as a core pillar of our platform. This is a high\-ownership role involving microservices architecture, security design, Kafka systems, and strong technical decision\-making.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Architect and develop scalable microservices using **Java \& Spring Boot**
• Design and manage centralized authentication \& authorization (JWT, OAuth2, RBAC)
• Engineer and maintain event\-driven systems using **Apache Kafka**
• Work with MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis
• Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability
• Contribute to business module design with strong product understanding

• *Required Skills**

• 5\+ years of strong backend development experience
• Expert in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture
• Strong hands\-on experience with Kafka
• Solid knowledge of RDBMS (MySQL/PostgreSQL)
• Experience with MongoDB and Redis
• Strong architectural thinking and ownership mindset

• *Preferred Skills**

• Experience with Spring Batch and scheduler\-based processing
• Understanding of distributed systems concepts
• Exposure to AWS and deployment architecture
• Experience collaborating with DevOps on infrastructure, server setup, load balancing, and CI/CD (Jenkins)
• Experience designing integration systems (File/FTP, Email, APIs, Queues)

Pay: ₹600,000\.00 \- ₹1,000,000\.00 per year
