Senior Backend/ Full Stack Developer (Team Lead)

We are hiring an experienced Senior Backend or Full Stack Developer to serve as a Team Lead, responsible for the complete lifecycle of scalable web platforms and digital infrastructure. This on-site role in Shillong, Meghalaya, is a contractual position for one year, with the possibility of extension based on project needs and performance. The work schedule is Monday through Saturday. You will leverage your full-stack development and cloud infrastructure expertise to architect systems, lead a team, and ensure robust deployment and maintenance. Key duties include guiding the end-to-end design and development of responsive web applications, managing system architecture, and overseeing cloud-based solutions. Strong leadership capabilities are essential, as you will direct development efforts and ensure deliverables meet high standards of scalability and reliability.
