Senior BD Manager - Digital marketing

We are looking for an experienced **Senior Business Development Manager / International Sales Closer** who can independently manage sales conversations, pitch digital marketing solutions, negotiate contracts, and consistently close international clients.

• *This is a sales\-focused role, not an account management or campaign execution position.**

Key Responsibilities

• *1\. International Sales \& Business Development**

• Convert inbound, warm, and outbound leads into paying international clients.
• Conduct discovery calls, understand business requirements, and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.
• Pitch and sell SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, website development, and other digital marketing services.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from initial conversation to proposal, negotiation, and deal closure.
• Build strong relationships with business owners, founders, and key decision\-makers across international markets.

• *2\. Sales Closing \& Revenue Generation**

• Consistently achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
• Independently handle pricing discussions, objections, negotiations, and contract closures.
• Focus on acquiring new clients for recurring digital marketing services.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and improve lead\-to\-client conversion rates.
• Identify upselling and cross\-selling opportunities.

• *3\. CRM \& Sales Reporting**

• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow\-ups, proposals, and sales activities in the CRM.
• Track sales performance, conversion rates, deal values, and revenue generated.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding after deal closure.

Required Skills \& Experience

• **Minimum 5 years of experience in international digital marketing sales or business development.**
• Proven experience selling SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, PPC, and other digital marketing services.
• Strong track record of independently closing international clients, preferably from Australia, the US, or the UK.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong negotiation, objection\-handling, and consultative selling skills.
• Experience managing inbound leads, outbound prospecting, and sales follow\-ups.
• Understanding of monthly retainers, recurring revenue models, and digital marketing agency services.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and consistently achieve sales targets.
