Senior – Bid Management (Banking Domain)

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced **Senior – Bid Management** professional with mandatory banking domain experience and a strong understanding of bid management, tendering, and pre\-sales activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in end\-to\-end bid management, team handling, proposal preparation, and coordination with cross\-functional teams.

Knowledge of **Oracle DBA and Windows** is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor tender portals such as GeM, eProcurement, and other platforms to identify relevant tenders, RFPs, and RFQs.
• Manage the complete bid lifecycle, including requirement analysis, documentation, proposal preparation, and submission.
• Analyze tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical requirements, and commercial terms.
• Prepare and review technical and commercial proposals to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with technical, sales, finance, and management teams for timely bid submissions.
• Lead and manage the bid management team, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines.
• Maintain bid trackers, tender documentation, and databases of upcoming opportunities.
• Support pre\-sales, business development, and client interaction activities.
• Track market trends and identify relevant business opportunities.

Mandatory Skills \& Requirements

• 6\+ years of experience in Bid Management, Tender Management, or Pre\-Sales.
• **Banking domain experience is mandatory.**
• Experience in end\-to\-end bid management, RFPs, RFQs, tendering, and proposal preparation.
• Team handling and leadership experience.
• Knowledge of **Oracle DBA and Windows**.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple bids and meet strict deadlines.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹1,600,000\.00 per year
