- Understand business requirements from automotive clients and translate them into actionable CRM and customer engagement solutions.
- Analyze customer journeys, campaign performance, and business processes to identify opportunities for improving customer experience and business growth.
- Work closely with Data, Digital, Campaign Management, Martech, and Operations teams to define and implement customer engagement strategies across channels such as WhatsApp, SMS, and RCS.
- Gather, document, and manage business requirements, functional specifications, workflows, and process improvements.
- Support end\-to\-end campaign planning and execution through insights, reporting, and performance analysis.
- Drive data\-driven recommendations for cross\-sell, up\-sell, retention, and customer lifecycle management initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks for campaign and customer performance tracking.
- 8\+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, CRM Analyst, or Customer Experience Analyst.
- Strong understanding of CRM processes, customer lifecycle management, and campaign analytics.
- Experience in the automotive industry or with agencies servicing automotive clients is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills with a data\-driven approach to decision\-making.
- Experience in requirement gathering, business process mapping, and stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with Martech, CRM, and customer engagement platforms.
- Ability to work cross\-functionally with technical, marketing, analytics, and operations teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, reporting tools, and analytics platforms; exposure to SQL, Power BI, or similar tools will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹1,500,000\.00 \- ₹2,500,000\.00 per year
