Senior Business Analyst

• **Requirements Gathering:** Collaborate with executives, clients, and users to extract and define high\-level business needs.
• **Solution Design:** Translate vague business goals into clear, actionable technical blueprints and functional specifications.
• **Documentation:** Create standard project artifacts like Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Requirements Documents (FRD), and User Stories.
• **Process Optimization:** Evaluate existing workflows (As\-Is processes) and design optimized future workflows (To\-Be processes).
• **Cross\-Team Alignment:** Act as a liaison to ensure developers, testers, and project managers stay aligned with business objectives.
• **Mentorship:** Guide junior and mid\-level business analysts, reviewing their work and improving overall team methodologies. \[1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
