Job Description

we are looking for a skilled and proactive Business Analyst with 3–4 years of experience in business requirements analysis, functional documentation, and stakeholder management. The candidate will act as a bridge between clients, project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure business requirements are clearly understood and translated into effective software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through client meetings, discussions, and workshops.
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, SRS documents, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze existing business processes, identify gaps, and recommend suitable improvements.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for development teams.
• Create process flows, workflow diagrams, and wireframes wherever required.
• Coordinate with clients, project managers, developers, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, requirement reviews, and project discussions.
• Manage requirement changes, maintain documentation, and track requirements using a traceability matrix.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validate deliverables, and coordinate issue resolution.
• Ensure requirements are delivered accurately and aligned with client expectations and project timelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst in IT or software development projects.
• Strong knowledge of requirement gathering, business process analysis, and functional documentation.
• Hands\-on experience with BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Good understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Visio, draw.io, or similar tools.
• Basic understanding of databases, SQL, APIs, and software application workflows.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical thinking, and problem\-solving skills.
• Ability to manage stakeholders, handle changing requirements, and work collaboratively with technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with international clients or distributed teams.
• Exposure to workflow automation, low\-code platforms, or enterprise application development.
• Strong documentation, presentation, and client\-handling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and priorities independently.
