SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST (UPWORK DEPARTMENT)

• *Job Summary**

Charu Mindworks (India) Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and business\-oriented Senior Business Analyst to grow our Upwork department. The candidate will be responsible for identifying international business opportunities, managing Upwork proposals, acquiring clients, analyzing project requirements, coordinating with technical teams and developing a sustainable business pipeline.

• *Key Responsibilities**

· Establish and manage the company's Upwork business development process.

· Optimize the Upwork agency profile, portfolio and service offerings.

· Identify suitable international projects and submit customized proposals.

· Analyze project requirements, feasibility, scope,pricing and timelines.

· Coordinate with development teams for technical estimates and project planning.

· Manage client communication,negotiations and follow\-ups.

· Convert business opportunities into profitable projects and long\-term client relationships.

· Monitor bidding performance, revenue, conversion rates and project profitability.

· Establish reporting processes and help build the Upwork team.

• *Required Skills**

· Strong experience in IT Business Analysis, business development or online freelancing platforms.

· Practical knowledge of Upwork bidding, proposal writing, and client acquisition is highly desirable.

· Understanding of web development, software development, mobile applications, ERP, or AI solutions.

· Excellent requirement analysis, estimation, communication, and negotiation skills.

· Ability to coordinate with technical teams and manage multiple business opportunities.

Pay: ₹500,000\.00 \- ₹1,200,000\.00 per year
