We are seeking a high\-performing, data\-driven professional to support EMEA Distribution through data refinement, governance, analytics, process automation, and AI\-enabled initiatives. The role will focus on transforming Distribution client data for trusted insights, strengthening stakeholder engagement, understanding business pain points, and enhancing commercial decision\-making through effective use of data and technology.**Role Overview**
We are seeking a high\-performing, data\-driven professional to support EMEA Distribution through data refinement, governance, analytics, process automation, and AI\-enabled initiatives. The role will focus on transforming EMEA Distribution client data for trusted insights, strengthening stakeholder engagement, understanding business pain points, and enhancing commercial decision\-making through effective use of data and technology.
The successful candidate will bring strong technical proficiency, a collaborative mindset, intellectual curiosity, and a commitment to continuous improvement, with the ability to deliver high\-quality outcomes in a fast\-paced business environment.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- **Drive Commercial Insights:** Partner with EMEA Distribution to deliver data\-led insights that improve client engagement and business performance.
- **Data Transformation:** Drive client data transformation and in alignment with enterprise data governance practices
- **Process Automation \& AI driven initiatives:** Deliver automation/ AI initiatives to enhance productivity, data accuracy, and turnaround time.
- **Advanced Analytics:** Support analytical initiatives, including trend analysis, forecasting, and business diagnostics, as aligned to business priorities.
- **Stakeholder Engagement:** Build strong stakeholder relationships to understand requirements, prioritize initiatives, and deliver high\-impact solutions.
- *Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science, Business Analytics).
- Strong proficiency in **Python and SQL** for data analysis, modeling, and automation.
- Strong attention to detail, with proven ability to identify data irregularities, conduct root\-cause analysis, and work extensively with untidy data and spreadsheets.

- Basic to intermediate understanding of machine learning concepts, with a willingness to further develop applied analytics and AI capabilities.
- Familiarity with modern data ecosystems, including **Snowflake and AWS**, is preferred.
- Exposure to **AI\-enabled tools** (e.g., Copilot) to enhance efficiency and output quality.
- Demonstrated ownership mindset, consistent delivery quality, and strong problem\-solving capability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- *Preferred Qualifications**
- Prior experience within **financial services or asset management** is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Basic **Power BI/ Tableau** skills.
