Job Description
We are looking for a **Senior Business Development Executive (BDE)** with **2\+ years of proven Upwork Business Development experience**. Your primary responsibility will be to **manage and grow a fresh Upwork profile** while consistently securing projects in the **Graphic Design and Creative Services** category.
This is a **senior role**, so we are looking for someone who has **independently managed the entire Upwork sales cycle** from finding opportunities and writing proposals to client communication, negotiations, and closing deals.
- *Responsibilities**
- Identify and bid on relevant Upwork projects.
- Write high\-converting proposals and communicate with clients.
- Manage and grow a fresh Upwork profile.
- Negotiate, close deals, and build long\-term client relationships.
- Achieve monthly revenue and performance targets.
- *Requirements**
- **Minimum 2 years of Upwork Business Development experience (Mandatory).**
- Proven track record of winning projects on Upwork.
- Experience managing the complete Upwork business development process independently.
- Strong proposal writing, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Self\-motivated, proactive, accountable, and eager to take ownership.
