Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, result\-oriented and experienced Senior Business Development Executive to drive business growth, student admissions and strategic partnerships in the healthcare education sector.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication, sales negotiation and lead conversion skills, with the ability to identify business opportunities, manage prospective students, build relationships and achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities to achieve monthly revenue and admission targets.
• Manage prospective student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, social media leads and other marketing channels.
• Understand student requirements and recommend suitable healthcare management and professional training programs.
• Conduct counselling sessions, explain program benefits, certifications, career opportunities and placement support.
• Follow up consistently with prospective students and convert qualified leads into admissions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, educational institutes.
• Proven experience in achieving sales targets and converting leads.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong presentation, counselling and relationship\-building abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads and priorities.
• Target\-driven mindset with strong ownership and accountability.

Preference

• Experience in education institutes especially hospital administration training or professional development centres.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
