Job Purpose
To drive business growth by acquiring new clients, generating event leads, and converting
opportunities into revenue.
Key Responsibilities
1\. Lead Generation
Identify and generate leads for corporate events, activations, exhibitions, and social
events
Reach out to corporates, brands, agencies, and potential clients
2\. Client Engagement
Conduct client meetings to understand requirements
Present company services and pitch customized event solutions
3\. Proposal \& Conversion
Coordinate with internal teams to develop proposals and costing
Negotiate and close deals to achieve revenue targets
4\. Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Ensure repeat business and long\-term partnerships
5\. Market Intelligence
Track competitor activities and market trends
Identify new business opportunities and segments

Basic understanding of event industry
Graduate / MBA (Marketing preferred)
1–8 years of experience in sales / business development
Experience in events, advertising, or media industry preferred
Pay: ₹300,000\.00 \- ₹700,000\.00 per year
