Job Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced and result\-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) with a minimum of 10 years of experience in recruitment, manpower sourcing, and business development. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, mobilizing, and hiring electricians in bulk for large\-scale deployment across Mumbai.

The ideal candidate must have strong field\-level recruitment experience, an established network of electrician candidates, and the ability to manage high\-volume hiring targets within strict timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead bulk recruitment drives for 300\+ electricians for deployment across Mumbai.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract skilled and semi\-skilled electricians.
• Build and maintain a strong network of electricians, contractors, ITIs, training institutes, and local manpower suppliers.
• Conduct field recruitment activities, job fairs, walk\-in interviews, and local mobilization campaigns.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, WhatsApp groups, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, salary expectations, and availability.
• Coordinate interviews, documentation, selection, and joining formalities.
• Manage daily recruitment targets, candidate pipelines, and joining reports.
• Ensure candidates are available for timely deployment across Mumbai.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure manpower requirements are fulfilled as per client expectations.
• Monitor candidate dropouts, joining ratios, and attrition to maintain recruitment efficiency.
• Identify new sourcing channels and recruitment partners to support large\-scale hiring.
• Prepare daily and weekly recruitment MIS reports and share progress with management.

Required Qualifications \& Experience

• Minimum **10 years of relevant experience** in bulk recruitment, manpower staffing, or recruitment business development.
• Proven experience in hiring electricians, technicians, or other technical manpower in large volumes.
• Strong understanding of electrician hiring markets, particularly in Mumbai and Maharashtra.
• Experience managing high\-volume recruitment targets and time\-sensitive hiring projects.
• Established contacts with electricians, contractors, ITIs, and local recruitment networks.
• Strong communication, negotiation, coordination, and team management skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver measurable recruitment results.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Number of qualified electricians sourced daily.
• Number of candidates interviewed and selected.
• Number of successful candidate joinings.
• Achievement of bulk hiring targets within the specified timeline.
• Candidate joining ratio and retention rate.
• Cost per successful joining.
• Timely submission of recruitment MIS reports.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who understands the electrician recruitment market, has a strong field network, and can independently drive bulk hiring operations. Candidates with proven experience in mobilizing hundreds of electricians for infrastructure, electrical contracting, utility, or smart meter installation projects will be preferred.
