We are looking for a Sr. Business Development Executive who will be responsible for generating new business opportunities in US SaaS, IT, and Healthcare markets through strategic outreach, lead generation, and client acquisition.
The role requires strong experience in international B2B sales, cold outreach, and pipeline management, with a focus on converting leads into long\-term clients.
- *B2B Lead Generation \& Outreach**
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Identify and target potential clients in SaaS, IT services, and healthcare domains
- Build and maintain a strong outbound sales pipeline
- *Sales \& Client Acquisition**
- Conduct discovery calls and client meetings
- Present tailored service offerings based on client needs
- Convert leads into long\-term business opportunities
- *CRM \& Pipeline Management**
- Maintain accurate records in CRM tools (Zoho / HubSpot / Salesforce / Apollo.io)
- Track leads, follow\-ups, and conversion metrics
- Ensure consistent pipeline growth and reporting
- *Strategy \& Market Research**
- Analyze US market trends in SaaS, IT, and healthcare sectors
- Identify new business opportunities and competitors
- Improve outreach strategies for better conversion rates
- *Required Qualifications**
- 3–5\+ years of experience in Business Development / B2B Sales / Client Acquisition
- Strong experience in US or international market sales
- Background in SaaS, IT services, healthcare, or service\-based industries
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Hands\-on experience with cold outreach and lead generation tools
- Target\-driven and self\-motivated mindset
- *Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience handling US healthcare or SaaS enterprise clients
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM systems
- Experience in managing end\-to\-end sales cycles
- Ability to work independently in a fast\-paced environment
