VsnapU, a leading player in the photography industry, is looking for a dynamic and result\-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team in Raipur. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to manage a small team while driving revenue growth.

• *Roles \& Responsibilities:**

• Convert leads into customers by promoting VsnapU’s photography services and products
• Achieve individual monthly sales targets and contribute towards overall company revenue.
• Manage and guide a team of 2–3 members to ensure smooth coordination and target achievement.
• Monitor team performance, set goals, and provide regular feedback and motivation.
• Handle day\-to\-day floor operations, scheduling, and workflow management.
• Ensure high\-quality customer experience and maintain operational efficiency.
• Support team members in lead handling, client communication, and sales conversion strategies.

• *Requirements:**

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a similar role.
• Prior experience in handling or managing a small team.
• Strong leadership, communication, and convincing skills.
• Ability to work with individual and team sales targets.
• Good problem\-solving and team coordination abilities.
• Comfortable in a fast\-paced and target\-driven environment

• *We are also accepting candidates from B2C Sales, Business Development, Revenue Generation, Target\-Based Sales, Inside Sales, Lead Conversion, EdTech Sales, High\-Ticket Sales, Client Acquisition, Direct Sales, KPI Driven Sales.**

Pay: ₹40,000\.00 \- ₹45,000\.00 per month
