If you can turn complex government requirements into clear business insights and compelling proposals, we want to hear from you.

- **Find the opportunities.** Research federal opportunities across SAM.gov and other platforms; identify relevant RFIs, Sources Sought, RFPs, and RFQs.
- **Know what’s worth pursuing.** Analyze requirements, incumbents, competitors, contract history, vehicles, timelines, and eligibility. Bring leadership clear go/no\-go recommendations.
- **Own the research.** Develop opportunity briefs, competitive intelligence, agency insights, and teaming partner research.
- **Write to win.** Develop persuasive proposal narratives, capability statements, RFI responses, executive summaries, staffing approaches, and past performance content.
- **Keep proposals compliant.** Build compliance matrices, track requirements and deadlines, coordinate inputs, and ensure submission\-ready quality.
- **Work as one team.** Collaborate with U.S. leadership, capture, technical, pricing, and operations teams to turn ideas into competitive submissions.
- *You’re our person if you**
· Have **5–8\+ years of experience** in U.S. federal BD, capture support, proposal development, or proposal management.
· Have a strong understanding of the federal procurement lifecycle and solicitation documents.
· Have **exceptional written and spoken English** and can independently produce polished, persuasive business content.
· Can analyze complex documents, connect the dots, and communicate the findings clearly.
· Know your way around SAM.gov, USAspending.gov, FPDS, federal contract vehicles, and competitive research.
· Take ownership, manage multiple deadlines, and deliver high\-quality work without constant supervision.
· Are comfortable collaborating with U.S.\-based teams and working **U.S. EST hours.**
- *Plus point:** Experience supporting federal IT services, cybersecurity, cloud, data management, systems integration, or digital transformation; familiarity with FAR requirements, small\-business set\-asides, and proposal color\-team reviews.
- *Ready to make an impact?**
Apply with your resume and tell us about a federal opportunity you researched or a proposal you helped develop—and what you contributed to the outcome.
