• **Position:** Senior Business Development Manager
• **Location:** Mohali, Punjab
• **Experience:** 6\+ Years
• **Salary:** ₹80,000 – ₹90,000 per month
• **Work Mode:** In\-Office
• **Working Hours:** 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
• **Working Days:** Monday to Friday \+ 2nd \& 4th Saturday Off

Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Upwork, and other prospecting platforms.
• Identify and acquire new international clients across the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and other global markets.
• Execute cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and networking activities.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Conduct discovery calls, client meetings, presentations, and proposal discussions.
• Create customized proposals, quotations, and pitch decks.
• Negotiate contracts and close high\-value IT and Digital Marketing projects.
• Build and maintain long\-term client relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams for project scoping and successful delivery.
• Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and revenue forecasts.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and generate a minimum revenue of **USD 30,000 per month**.

• Experience working with international clients.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self\-driven, target\-oriented, and capable of working independently.
