We are looking for a dynamic and results\-driven **Inside Sales Business Development Manager (BDM)** to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and driving sales for **industrial laser marking, laser engraving, laser cutting, and laser etching solutions** across various industries.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other lead generation channels.
• Qualify leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Conduct virtual product presentations and demonstrations.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable industrial laser solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate commercial terms.
• Maintain regular follow\-ups with prospects and existing clients.
• Coordinate with the technical and sales teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and prepare sales reports.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build long\-term relationships with customers to maximize repeat business.

• *Requirements**

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• **3–8 years** of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, or B2B Sales.
• Experience selling **industrial laser machines, laser marking systems, laser engraving, laser cutting, laser etching equipment, industrial automation, machinery, or capital equipment** will be preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong lead generation and customer relationship management abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Self\-motivated with a target\-oriented mindset.
