- *Experience:** 1\-3 Years
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and databases.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Understand client manpower requirements and recruitment needs.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and joining status.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate database.
- Achieve recruitment targets within deadlines.
REQUIREMENTS

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in Recruitment, HR, or Talent Acquisition preferred.
- Good candidate handling and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Strong follow\-up and negotiation skills.
