About the Role

Kharesiya Brands Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result\-oriented **Category Manager** to drive online sales growth across major marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, FirstCry, and our D2C website. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sales planning, marketplace management, pricing strategy, inventory planning, promotional campaigns, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive online sales across all e\-commerce marketplaces.
  • Develop and execute marketplace sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Manage Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Myntra Partner Portal, Meesho, FirstCry, and D2C platforms.
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns, deals, and seasonal sales events.
  • Optimize product listings, keywords, pricing, and content to improve visibility and conversions.
  • Monitor daily sales, conversion rates, ROAS, TACoS, and overall business performance.
  • Forecast demand and coordinate inventory planning with procurement and warehouse teams.
  • Analyze competitor pricing, market trends, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
  • Work closely with digital marketing, catalog, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth business execution.
  • Build strong relationships with marketplace account managers to maximize business opportunities.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports with actionable insights.
  • Ensure order fulfillment, customer satisfaction, and marketplace performance metrics are maintained.

Required Skills

  • 4–8 years of experience in e\-commerce sales or marketplace management.
  • Strong hands\-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, and other marketplaces.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, dashboards, data analysis).
  • Experience with Amazon Ads and marketplace promotional tools.
  • Strong analytical, commercial, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple marketplaces in a fast\-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
  • MBA is preferred.
