Senior Civil Project Manager

• *Job Responsibilities:**

• Manage end\-to\-end execution of residential, commercial, and high\-rise construction projects.
• Handle project planning, budgeting, cost control, and timely completion.
• Supervise site engineers, contractors, and construction teams.
• Ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and efficient resource utilization.
• Monitor site progress and resolve technical and operational issues.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and management for smooth project execution.
• Oversee foundation work, structural construction, drainage systems, and other civil engineering activities.
• Review construction drawings, technical specifications, measurements, and project reports.
• Manage cost estimation, resource allocation, and construction planning.
• Conduct regular site inspections and implement corrective measures to maintain project quality.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Strong expertise in civil construction and project management.
• Experience in civil construction, including senior\-level project management.
• Experience in residential, commercial, and high\-rise building projects.
• Experience handling large\-scale construction projects from planning to completion.
• Proven ability to manage project teams, contractors, budgets, and construction timelines and ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.

Pay: ₹80,000\.00 \- ₹100,000\.00 per month
